In 2013, Atmosphere Bistro & Bar was opened at Parkland Green East Coast Park with the concept of housing 2 atmospheres in an alfresco bistro environment. Popular with families on weekend afternoons, Atmosphere Bistro serves western bistro delights. At night, it transforms into a sports bistro bar with live soccer screenings.

The oldest brand in our portfolio, Ramen Tenji was founded to bring an authentic taste of Japanese ramen to the Singapore market and has kept true to its Japanese ramen roots since 2009. As of 2017, it is trademark registered in Singapore and Philippines.

Soi Thai Soi Nice is the latest Thai restaurant by SIMYEE Holdings to hit the hot steamboat scene in Singapore in December 2016. Soi Thai Soi Nice presents an authentic Thai dining experience and an extensive menu of Thailand's favourite fares executed by Head Chef Worawang Phairit and a native Thai team.
The newest outlet was opened at Raffles City Shopping Centre in November 2020.
